Abstract

CiMart is a marketplace built with the WhatsApp platform, which sells goods related to daily needs. The problems experienced by CiMart are the lack of market coverage, not yet computerized recording of transaction data and management that still uses Ms. Excel. Based on these problems, the CiMart e-commerce system was built. The system development uses the Waterfall method with the stages of requirements discussion, design, development, testing and deployment. The results of the evaluation by users show that CiMart is able to help managers to better manage transaction data and reach a wider market.
