Abstract

Haayka Kitchen is a business that focuses on selling cakes and dessert boxes. Haayka Kitchen actively sells its products by pre-order through marketplace sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia and Gojek. Sales through the marketplace have long stages, causing the buying and selling process to take longer. Because of this, some customers choose to use the manual method to buy products by sending a personal Whatsapp to the owner of Haayka Kitchen. With this manual method, the owner of Haayka Kitchen cannot manage sales data properly and takes some time to answer every incoming order chat. Therefore, a purchasing management system is needed to facilitate transactions and data tracking that needs to be carried out by Haayka Kitchen owners. The system implementation uses the Model View Controller architecture to facilitate the system development process and the separation of each layer of program functions. The final result is a Haayka Kitchen purchase management system that has product buying and selling features, and easy viewing of transaction data.
